We don’t know yet what specific foods will be selected for tastings will be, but we know they will be delicious.
Chief O’Neill’s – Musician-owners, Siobhan and Brendan McKinney, have created a beautiful, warm environment and serve both simple & sophisticated perfectly prepared food with an Irish twist. Beautiful patio.
Parachute – Chef-owners, Beverly Kim and John Clark, serve globally-inspired Korean-American cuisine. Selections change nightly based on availability and the desire to showcase carefully sourced products at their peak.
Honey Butter Fried Chicken Fried Chicken – A team of chef-owners proudly serve the world’s best fried chicken as well as constantly-changing other options based on market availability and chef creativity. Lovely patio.
Square Bar – Owner Ali Prieto serves tasty burgers & organic microbrews as well as Cajun meatloaf, citrus habanero tacos, Kobe surf & turf burger with lobster tail, prosciutto, brie cheese, & roasted garlic sauce on brioche bun.
Pork Shoppe – Owned by Michael Schimmel, Jason Heiman, & Steve Ford. Honored by the Michelin Guide 2011 & 2012. Formerly owned the beloved Tizi Melloul on Wells Street that closed a few years ago. Meats smoked, marinated, slowly cooked – fabulous! Simple list of beers & bourbons.
The Beer Temple – Owner Chris Quinn, a Siebel Institute Master of Beer Styles and Evaluation & Certified Cicerone, offers a large and diverse inventory of beers and wines & knowledge.
The Orbit Room – Owner Adriana Nebbeling serves excellent food, specialty cocktails, and locally-crafted brews in a relaxing atmosphere with a retro twist. Wonderful Tiki patio.
Taqueria Traspasada – Owner Alfredo Aldana serves homemade Mexican food. Unbelievable black salsa, carne asada, and pescado tacos.
Dragon Lady Lounge – The new owner, Ray, serves vegan & non-vegan Asian fusion cuisine. Full service bar as well.
